The programme combines assertiveness, awareness, communication, digital safety and practical personal-safety strategies. It is complemented by the D-R-C Trust Island concept: a local network of visible, reliable places where children and young people can find support in difficult situations.
The aim is not to create fear. It is to empower children and young people, strengthen their self-awareness and provide them with clear, safe options for everyday situations.
Strengthen concentration and effectively balance visual strain.
For pupils and teachers with high levels of screen time.
The training offers easy-to-apply strategies for conscious eye guidance, focused work and short recovery breaks throughout the school day.
Target Groups
On request, the programme can be expanded to include parent information sessions, workshops for teachers, train-the-trainer courses, or the joint development of a Trust Island network.
